Do I have to play golf?
Not at all. Golf is completely optional. Attendees who prefer not to golf are equally at home — the venue, terrace, and reception areas are open throughout, and many of the best conversations happen off the course.
How do I choose my round table sessions?
When session selection opens, you'll receive an email with instructions for choosing your round tables. Tables are first-come, first-served, so register early to secure your preferred topics.
What is the attendee profile?
The event targets CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CDOs, and VP/Director-level IT leaders from mid-to-large enterprise organizations (500+ employees) primarily in New England and the Northeast.
Are vendor pitches allowed at round tables?
No — and we take this seriously. Round Table facilitators are specifically briefed to moderate discussion, not sell. Conversations are under Chatham House rules. Sponsors who don't follow this are not invited back.
Will alcohol be served? Is there food?
Yes to both. Tree House is nationally recognized for award-winning craft beers. Non-alcoholic options are always available. Tree House Pizza Kitchen serves their acclaimed pies, plus a buffet lunch is included.
What should I wear?
Smart casual. If you're golfing, golf attire is appropriate on the course. Most attendees wear business casual for round table sessions. Prioritize comfort and practicality for a day that moves between indoor and outdoor spaces.
